About Us

NorCal Robotics is a High School students-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to make the world of robotics and STEM more accessible and equitable for all K-8 students through free classes, contests, robotics teams formation, and mentoring. 

We strive to meet these goals through: 

  • Formation and mentoring of new FIRST robotics teams
  • Full sponsorship and coaching of teams from under-resourced communities
  • Year-round free classes in an array of STEM-related fields and for contest preparation
  • Sponsorship of students for the Math Olympiad and the American Computer Science League (ACSL) contests

How We Can Help

  • STEM Classes – we’re teaching Free online STEM classes throughout the year.

  • STEM Contests – We conduct STEM Contests like Math Olympiad and ACSL for free.

  • Creating FIRST Teams – we host information sessions on FIRST competitions and help connect interested individuals!

  • Mentoring – our experienced mentors can provide assistance on any issue, no matter how minor!

  • Connecting Teams – we’re creating a network of teams that can cross-collaborate!
